Publication Agreement

A valid Publication Agreement will be signed between the Publisher and the Author before the publication of the book.

The agreement will clearly mention the services, terms and conditions, responsibilities, and other details agreed upon by the Publisher and the Author.

Both the Publisher and the Author will be bound by the terms agreed upon and accepted in the signed Publication Agreement.

Royalty Distribution

A valid Publication Agreement will be signed between the Publisher and the Author before the publication of the book.

E-Book: The Author will receive 35% royalty on applicable e-book sales.

Hard Copy: The Author will receive 50% royalty on applicable hard-copy sales.

The Publication Agreement will clearly mention the royalty terms, payment terms, and other conditions agreed upon by the Publisher and the Author.

Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute between the Publisher and the Author, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh.

The parties agree that matters relating to this Publication Agreement shall be addressed at the Lucknow Bench, subject to applicable law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a service if the work has not started yet.

Once the work has started, cancellation and refund will depend on the status of the service.

There will be no refund after work has started for customized services such as editing, formatting, cover designing, publishing, distribution, marketing, or website designing.

If any payment has already been made to a third-party company, printer, distributor, platform, or other service provider, the refund will depend on their refund policy.

Every refund request will be checked based on the service status and the terms agreed at the time of booking.
